Workflow Automation and Controls
ASIOne™ automates disbursement workflow and combines with user-defined controls to ensure your operations run smoothly, regardless of your environment. Key capabilities include:

• User established settings allow you to set the number of approvals required to process a transaction and to establish the levels of authorization for each user.
• With our workflow automation features, users can view a list of pending corrections and changes, and approve or deny transactions accordingly
• Plan Sponsors and TPA’s can request corrections online, enter the reasons for the request, and the transactions will be routed to appropriate bank personnel for review/approval

ASIOne’s™ dynamic reporting features include a comprehensive management reporting system, ad-hoc reporting and data extract capabilities for analysis to improve your results and to empower customers and their clients with real-time information.  In addition, the system includes a fully automated distribution capability that sends information automatically and securely to everyone who needs it.  

ASIOne™ offers a virtually limitless ability to create reports that are customized to meet your needs - you choose the report parameters and the date range. You can elect to have the full report sent by email, or you can opt to be notified by email when a report is produced.  By using the email option, you are ensured that only the person who receives the email can access and view the data.
