Their background includes experience with a variety of companies including financial institutions, software research and development businesses and consulting firms.

Donald Robinson
President and CEO
Don Robinson's entire working career has been dedicated to the pension industry. For more than 35 years, he has specialized in consulting on various types of retirement plans. Don has a long-standing affiliation with the San Francisco Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference, where he has held several offices. Don is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance.

Robert Hickman
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Rob Hickman brings over 20 years of general management, marketing and technology expertise to ASI. Prior to joining ASI, Rob served in Senior Vice President/General Manager, Vice President Marketing, Product Management and Engineering roles in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Software and Semiconductor related industries. Past companies include LifeHelp, Zila/PracticeWorks, Tegal and Intel. Rob is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and has a Master of Science degree in Management from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California Davis.

Douglas Drakeley
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Doug Drakeley has an extensive background in helping customers solve business problems. He has done this in the technology, communications, healthcare, government and financial services industries. Doug's broad business experience is supplemented with academic education including a B.A. from the University of California, Davis and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University. Doug is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Professional. He completed the California State University, Sacramento's certificate program in pursuit of his MCSE. Additionally, Doug is a graduate of the Air University's, Air Command and Staff College and the Air War College.

Keith Crane
Vice President Disbursement Services
Keith Crane joined ASI in 1989. He has a 22-year background in Data Processing. Prior to joining ASI, Keith worked for 11 years as the Data Processing Manager with a major plan administration company. He started at ASI as the System Manager and is currently in charge of the Disbursement Services Department that is responsible for Client support and production related processes.
